They apparently used the excuse that the film she delivered to them wasn't up to the standard they were expecting, i.e. it wasn't Nazi enough for them to pay her the full fee.
Mind you, that didn't stop them from going ahead with their story that it was a Nazi-themed orgy.

Sky News gave her first name at least - they said it was Michelle.
