Hello number 6 its 'John' that said that not Kim (please read before ranting),
as i said we all have our views. Did Woolworths & all the other big shops shut down under Thatcher? did the Post Office lose millions in Pension funds & was fuel & heating as expensive as now NO!
Unions caused themselves to be treated the way they did without sitting back & thinking of their fellow workers they needed to protect & any goverment (not only the UK) would have done the same thing.
Its so easy to blame a person & channel how anger at them, by the way in a recent poll done by the Express the most 3 deprived areas in the UK were Tower Hamlets (London), Jaywick (Essex) & a town in Wales so it wasn't only the North that suffered it was all over.
The UK is not a fair country & never as been, we are all like mushrooms 'kept in the dark & fed full of shit'
