Hi
What I said was
"Had Cameron as an advisor when Lamont got into deep, financial doodah?"
This is correct. I did not AT ANY TIME say Lamont got the Conservative party into the ERM but I repeat for the LAST TIME, by accepting the role of Chancellor of the Exchequer he was via Cabinet responsibility, accepting the decision and by ANY SANE PERSONS DEFINITION, BEING A CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER AND HAVING TO EXPLAIN PUTTING UP THE INTEREST RATES THREE TIMES IN A DAY INCLUDING A STAGGERING 15% IS A GOOD DEFINITION OF BEING IN POLITICAL DOODAH WHEN YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NATION'S FINANCES. If Gordon Brown had been in a similar position I somehow doubt whether you would have been so caring and sharing. You are not related to Lamont are you, lol?
This is REALLY REALLY the last post, so if you want to carry on arguing with yourself in Internetland, please be my guest. I hope the penny will actually drop just as it did with your statement that Osborne has much more business experience than Brown. They are equally lacking in business experience as I suspect you now understand.
As I said carry on your argument with yourself now
Have a nice day.
