Trouble with the 'war crime' agenda is, it opens up every world
leader to the same accusations of moral relativism.

I'd have voted for the latter.
He was a truly horrible creature; but on that basis about 20%
of the world's pop. would be euthanised.
BTW, I hate that word; it's IMO illiterate; shouldn't it be
'euthanantised'?
