If what i read and saw on that documentary is true then depression had nothing to do with a pre meditated act of paying another man to throw acid in that girls face and if this is how he reacts to his depression then prison is the best place for him as that is what you do with people who cannot control their urges and emotions by committing illegal acts and destroying people lives.
