I gave up smoking something like 20 years ago and while I still crave now it does get easier.

The only person who can make you stop is YOU. If you want to put the fag back in your mouth its a choice. The fag doesn't take itself out of the packet, grab your hand, force you to light it and then take it to your mouth.

I gave up, I was a heavy smoker and if I can do it anyone can.

If YOU want to go for it do but if YOU don't then don't.

Remember the reason why YOU quit if it was good enough for YOU to stop it will remain good enough for YOU to stay stopped.

I wonder what New Labour would have done about professional fagger, the late Serge Gainsbourg's movie poster, with him not only smoking but covering the whole thing in fag smoke! Harriett Harmann would have had a heart attack and had all the posters air-brushed so as not to offend non-smokers!

I've not had a cigrarette where I inhale for a few weeks now. I think smoking a fag without inhaling is a good thing to do, rather like a cigar but there is the risk of mouth cancer although I dont do enough of it to get that I dont think. I smoke 15-20 a week without taking it down and I am impressed with myself for going from where I used to be to this.
