You are so willing to gain a few so called civil liberties at the expense of the whole infrastructure of tjhe country going to the wall, strange priorities.

They should never have been taken away in the first place. As I've said elsewhere, if Labour had been less careless with our hard won liberties, I would have probably stayed with them. One has to hold to ones principles sometimes.

Any chance you could give me next weeks lottery numbers?
You can obviously see into the future.

You are very good at playing the fool. A bit too good! I can't help but notice that you often start playing the fool when your argument has been trashed e.g.
http://bgafd.co.uk/forum/read.php?f=3&i=236718&t=236704
Its a similar approach to the one used by the class idiot who starts gurning when their maths teacher asks a question they can't answer.
Alternatively, there are a number of examples where your tactic is to simply ignore a post questioning your views which you are apparently incapable of arguing against. Here is a case in point

Anyway, buffoonery it is. Intelligent, it isn't.

"I dont believe that any of the 11 are as intrusive as the card that was proposed for us"
To be honest, I don't know whether the plans for the UK id card were more or less intrusive than all the other EU countries that have these cards.
What I would say is that the Labour party lost the plot with regard to this project and issued a lot of misinformation e.g. trying to claim that it was voluntary when your details went on a database at the time of passport renewal.
Not Labour's finest moment, that's for sure!

Yet again when cornered, the "Socialist" reveals his menace, yes David, there is a real hint of twisted aggression in your replies, almost "Prescottish".
I am afraid it is your arguments which are trashed and now lying rotting in the skip of New Labour Non Truths!
As I said before, you think that you can bludgeon people into agreeing with you, by repeating the same old New Labour clap trap, it's dead and buried now David, move on! Your glorious Leader Blair knows the score, he's moved on, with ?20,000,000 stashed away. Precott has moved on too......from ship's stoker to Peer of the Realm !cigar! Can't you see they don't give a toss about supporters like you any more. It's not the 1930's any more. It's about BIG MONEY!!cigar!
Stop harrassing the good folk of BGAFD and get involved with the Labour Party seriously and I'm sure in the end you too will be on the gravy train to BIG CASH REWARDS as well!!cigar!

You need to understand the difference between a fact and an opinion.
As any forumite can see, you have failed to respond to the detail in my posts in this thread and instead waffle on about Prescott.
Once again, are you going to respond in detail to the posts I made in response to you here or are you going to play the buffoon?

Hi Jimbo
I thought this might be useful to help people understand your posts. I will add to it where necessary.
"there is a real hint of twisted aggression in your replies"
David disagrees with me.
"As I said before, you think that you can bludgeon people into agreeing with you"
David often disagrees with me.
"Stop harrassing the good folk of BGAFD "
David often disagrees with me and then he points out how I haven't responded in detail to the arguments in his replies. The tenacious argumentative bastard!
"get involved with the Labour Party seriously and I'm sure in the end you too will be on the gravy train to BIG CASH REWARDS as well!"
I need to sit down and have a nice cup of tea with two sugars.
Cheers
David

It certainly wasn't. Amongst the obfuscation was not telling people exactly how intrusive it was going to be.

Watching from the sidelines on this - and several other recent topics - I
must say how much I enjoy these spats between David J and Jim S.
Frankly you guys give me much hope that the great British skill of petty
debate, moaning and cunning repartee, going back to the days of Pitt
vs Burke or Disraeli vs Gladstone, is still alive and well in England`s green
and pleasant land......I reckon you guys are the best of mates really, eat
steak and kidney pies together and dream these topics up !
