I've seen lots of good British movies in the last couple of years:

- Triangle
- An Education
- Harry Brown
- Fish Tank
- Sleep Furiously
- Cemetery Junction
- Solomon Kane
- Hunger
- Donkey Punch

Triangle and Black Death are both by Christopher Smith, who's turning out to be a great British horror director.

Unleashed is quite decent (Bob Hoskins, Jet Li, Gangland marial arts stuff)

Rise of The Footsoldier isn't too bad.
