The problem with David Johnson's, hand wringing, "Right on" view on the problem, is that it patronises Africans as almost "Child like".

Wrong. I have never said that. If you can't find a statement such as this, then an apology would be in order.

The key point which you havent managed to grasp, Jimbo is that the above is not a reason for stopping foreign aid.

am not happy with African countries expecting handouts while most

Frank, what you must understand about David Johnson is that he is completely intellectually crippled by the doctrines of Political Correctness, this why it completely flummoxes me as to why he exists on this forum which is so un-PC it hurts.
