I got hold of an Italian-language DVD version from Pink'o.
The Eva Falk/Remigio Zampa scene is the first in the movie, which begins around the 8-9 minute mark:

=I am not sure what those pictures signify. I really doubt that anal took place in that scene, or that those pics were taken out of context as a photo set. If it were Falk's first anal, the producers/director would have made much of it and put it in the movie itself and heavily plugged it. I suspect somebody has photoshopped and faked the photo making it appear Remigio's dick is in her ass (the position of the two is the same in the DVD, so it makes little sense).

I've taken another look and those shots do seem 'odd'......
At any rate, we are agreed that EF's first on-screen anal was the recent one
discussed above and that it's extremely unlikely that an earlier one will
suddenly 'turn up'.

I was prompted to examine more carefully the Zampa-Falk scene in the DVD, and I was unable to find a corresponding shot that matches the highly suspect photo #5 posted by "Jorge Borg" at the Vintage-Erotica forum.
In the movie, when Falk is is doggie position, Zampa's hands are over Falk's ass (but not in photo). Falk is never seen in that exact position, and the props and equipment in the background does not match either when they are screwing in that position.
I must conclude and assume (unless someone can offer a better explanation) that photo #5 may have been a publicity/production photo and that someone has photoshopped it to make it appear Zampa's dick is in in Falk's ass.
