Firstly, where does that particular 'datum' come from?
Secondly, are you completely unaware that the nutritional quality (and hence breast-fat deposition rate) of the human diet has increased almost immeasurably in the past 2000 years- look at the incredible (18%) increase in post-War mean male height for another obvious example- Let alone the calorific-intake acceleration of the past 25?........there may be an (as yet unquantifiable- these things tend to become apparent only after a species has become extinct) evolutionary trend toward larger female breasts (though I doubt it).
