Mr. jj, can you please scientifically explain the reason why some transgender women can lactate?

Not without a Google; but I can guess. Most TS's take doses of
female hormones, and I assume this will trigger the [in the male]
usually redundant mammary cells into action. I've also heard that
some fully XX butch males can do it, too.
