Even in this scene you posted screenshots for, De Boor valiantly tries to hide the fat tummy she is sporting there.
Not the first time an adult performer has tried that gimmick (i.e. Marilyn Chambers and hundreds of others have done that). When you start wearing all kinds of clothing (dresses, huge garter belts, etc) around your waist it's a sign you got something there you don't want people to see (stretch marks, ugly scars, large belly, maybe hiding a pregnancy, etc).

There are plenty of quacks behind the camera masquerading as directors and DOP's, and they know who they are. Some may even be clueless and live in blissful ignorance of their lack of skills.
Nonethesless the "cummerbund" effect from the number of times I have seen this in movies in the last 20-30 years, seems to be the near sole use/invention of the female performer in question. Which director, professional or otherwise, was going to tell Nina Hartley pleasase remove that silly clothing/huge garter belt around your belly? Was he going to say to her: "Hell, you're Nina Hartley, you have a huge following, people WANT to see that big bulge. Come on. Trust me, take it off, it will look great. We will sell 3,000 more copies of the DVD!)". Yeah right!
For the male performer, the situation is much different. He has to be fully nude(99.9% of the time), and can't hide that big pot to the same degree that the female can. Well...perhaps there are a couple of male performers that try to hide not only that big spare tire but a corpulent silhouette. But they are mostly exception to the rule.
