Maybe a guy or girl from Franc can explain it.

But it was on the radio news when this has "become" law in France, what I remeber is that it is only required in productions "made in France".

I think if MD is making a movie in Czech he is not required to follow the French law(mabe a someone of France can explain it corectly)
