This will be my LAST comment on the absurd question raised by OP:
(a) there is/was NO porn performer working in the US in the arly 1990's
using the name of "Paulina Peters"
(b) anyone trying to make in porn for 3 months would have starved without
any traceable hc work!
(c) if there was a person known to Zara at the time with a real name of
"Paulina Peters" might have some objection in seeing her real name mentioned in a
porn biography.
(d) it is extremely difficult to believe Zara would just "borrow"a friend/roommate's
real or porn name just for that movie. What would be the point if that
other actress/roommate was trying to break it into porn and her friend just
appropriated her name??
I think it is all garbage recollections. I have not read the passage in the book

Len801 I sense you have a real dislike for Zara. Weather you do (or not) she made her name in X history. Agreed, Google translate is horrible, but it's better than nothing.

One final thought on the name Pauline Peters. It is possible both Pauline & Zara went to the same studio/house for a part, and the company made a clerical error by mixing up the names. After all, both girls were non American, and simply foreigners
