Can anyone give me a bit of advice??

Hi everyone,

Wow thank you for all your responses on here, the emails and phone calls on this subject.

The material from the origioanl photographer was sold to a third party who set up the site who i have spoke to when he took it on and we agreed that he wouldn't use the name Lolly Badcock to promote it which he has done very actively.

I have not issues with the site as i did the work and signed a model release it was just the "official" wording which i didnt want to effect memberships on my site www.lollybadcock.com when it goes live.

I will email those who have requested i do shortly.

Thanks for the very useful advice on the correct way of wording my concerns about the site.
