Cream of Manchester - not. The B*s*a*ds closed the brewery and now produce it in Wales or some other foreign parts. Tastes totally different.

Err yeah I live two minutes from the old brewery next to Strangeways, so I'm well aware that it's not made here any longer..all whats left of it now is the tall chimney (although they have taken the Boddingtons lettering off it)..Nevertheless, 'The Cream of Manchester' was a great advertising slogan..
I'm still waiting to see Fred Dinbah light a big fuck off fire at the bottom of it but no doubt someone will inform me that he's buggered off to the the great chimney in the sky! (yes I mean dead, kharked, it popped his clogs, kicked the proverbial bucket.. is there not room for a little artistic license on here or do you have to be taken literally all the time!! lol)
