Im guessing PS have this 'law unto themselves' way as they are trying to weedly out all the timewasters and idiots out there.
They must figure it will detur people by making them have to jump thru hoops.
This is commendable for standing up and pro actively doing something about this ongoing and annoying problem but seems to mean some of the more genuin people are getting caught up and penalised along the way.

Maybe some fine tuning is needed but im not sure there will ever be a happy balance here since some people dont see what they are doing as wrong or offensiv and PS seem to have a zero tolerance on it.

It is also a good way of hosting your pics for free!

The good thing about being suspended from PS for the friends i keep is that two other forums have asked me to join their sites today after reading this and they don't care what banners i have on my site. My free site gets around 6000 hits a week so my friends who advertise on there depend on the traffic, a choice to dump my friends or remain on Purestorms site? no contest really. How many models, producers, photographers have been penalised for having escort links amongst their banners & why in this day & age does in matter after all its all adult industry related.

not making excuses for them kim and im not sure PS even take any financial payments on there site but some mechant banks have a clause saying your site cant be associated to escort or dating sites.
