I think you will have to go with the idea of paying a deposit up front. before you talk shop.

this would be a faster way to get shot of the time wasters.
Use a online payment program & make it a non refundable payment

This would save you time & lets be honest in this game time is money.

I think some other models already work this way mostly to cover traveling costs.

May be the same will have to be done up front in the future,
Some togs & male talents may not like the idea.

I'm not saying do this now but just think about it.

Yeah I think you may be right Si, I have had a few No Shows or last minute let downs which really pisses me off. Dont get me wrong, I know there are sometimes genuine reasons for not being able to make it, but after a while it becomes time consuming and irritating.

I think I will start asking for a small "holding" fee. That way, if they are unable to keep the slot then I have something to fall back on at least.

I know the feeling Jo as i have had 2 time wasters this week & its only Wednesday, They reckoned traveling from Chelmsford & Romford to Clacton was to far or to awkward yet a regular guy who as private movies with me each month travels from Warrington.
I stick timewaster (amongst other things lol!) on their number so when they ring again...which they do i tell them no thanks.
