If what you say above is true and everything about your videos are different then why have you branded your product with a similar name, why not choose a name individual to you.

It always amazes me how far people will push the envelope especially if they know the legal avenue isn't a possibility

Alas the only way to avoid these things from occuring is to outlay money in getting contracts drawn up stating the facts of the business partnership

Knowing both parties involved, and understanding the root cause of the squabble, I still think this is one of the most petty arguments it's ever been my disgust to witness.

This should never have got this far. Terry, your original posting could have been more subtle, and John, you shouldn't have risen to the bait.

Give it a rest, the pair of you. I've seen the point size on the back of John's DVD boxes, and I know he has financial arrangements based upon that name. Having spoken to him, he is going to change it.

So come on, drop the whole subject before we start finding out whose dad's bigger than the other's.
