The thread's about appropriate professional and business practice and it's refreshing there are so much candid opinions being aired. Dave's spelling, or lack of, is frankly pretty irrelevant. Also, how well you spell, how grammatically and syntactically correct your English is, doesn't reflect your business acumen. Del Boy comes to mind.

On the contrary I would say that Dave's spelling is completely relevant if this thread is about 'appropriate professional and business practice'.
Bad spelling is a reflection of ignorance. End of.
Ignorance and 'business acumen' do not mix. As clearly the proprietor of 'annakey films' is proving to us all in this thread.
By the way, if driving around in a three wheeled rust cart and living in a council estate (as well as being entirely fictional), is proof that ignorance and business acumen are a useful mix, then I stand corrected.

That's okay Dave, I forgive you. I hope I didn't come across as being rude, small minded or snobbish.
By the way, your capitalization and punctuation is rubbish too.

And i spell words how they sound , but i get by even though i have Dyslexia due to being beaten around the head as a chid from birth this has effected my grammar, spelling, punctuation and also reading. That i have been informed by Emma that if i'm reading something out i tend to read words wrong or skip them.
