They're not: those two because of the circumstances above, and her US-made stuff largely because the Euros don't believe in retroactive legislation/application of the law- with the usual obvious exception.
I've just ordered a shitload of her stuff from the Netherlands- dubbed, but the original thing, AFAICT.
Ace needn't worry- I doubt that many people would risk prosecution for distributing 'dodgy' material, even if of 'historical' interest. I'd imagine that most if not all the girls in his loops were 18+ at the time of filming- and besides, ascertaining otherwise for any borderline ones, 30 years on, would be a waste of the authorities' time.

But that's only half the story: in Holland at least there is a maximum age-gap between partners of (I think) three years (before the age of majority, of course), largely introduced as a result of the legalisation of homosexuality- the intent being to eliminate 'grooming' or other coercive pressures on young people.
So a 50-y-o fucking a 14-y-o, of either gender, would still be liable to prosecution, whereas two early-teenagers 'experimenting' would be unaffected.

Are you saying that if a 17yr old girl looks 18 she can appear in hc but if a woman in her 20's or more is made up to look as if she is younger than 18 that's illegal?
