I'm not blaming him totally. I did go on to say the outcome preciptitated this. Everyone knew that his victory was going to have a new pronged attack. Just no one expected it.

Right wing america may have a problem with porn but it is made worse by the minority of extreme types they feel they are trying to shut down. To them Rob Black was a posterboy for all that they hated. His winning the case angered them even more...cue, all this reised 2257 malarkey.

Elliot, another way of looking at this as Rob Blacks victory was taken like a slap in the face to the self righteous few who prosecuted him.

So, Michael Jackson did get off...Whoops, I mean was acquitted of all charges. Good! I hope he learns his lesson now. All that money, he shouldnt be hanging out with kids. I don't care how innocent he is. I want to see him start acting like a proper King Of Pop...I want to see hookers and super models pictures in Hello magazine. Scandals of MJ doing lnes of coke, dead people in swimming pools and all that other normal stuff we associate with Rock Stars. I wanna hear about him hanging out with porn stars. I quite agree, there is a very repressive law & order climate in the USA these days. Of course, think how good things will be if the US porn industry decamps across the border to Tijuana, I'm sure they will have good systems to control things like HIV tests in Mexico. There has always been a puritan streak in American life, and it is being amply demonstrated here.

Yep, Americans coming over here to shoot girls will make little difference, as it's their recordkeeping that will be under scrutiny. and if the girls don't have US ID's, it will restrict what they can shoot and where they can sell it.
