the debate will go on for years about Tattoo's and tit's but Tattoo's have been around ever since man thought about it back in god knows what BC, and some cultures still to this day tattoo themselves to make themselves look beautiful by their peoples standards. there are whole tribes of people who adorn their bodys with cuts then rub the ink in for effect!
