Here is the reply I posted on another forum (in response to their message, "Did you manage to find any more [pictures of Sarah Ridout], mate?":

"Yes, but have also had mail from the photographer who shot them, and am currently negotiating with him as regards copyright / which images he will allow me to distribute. I forwarded some images to another person who contacted me here [NB BGAFD - on the message board in question], and it turned out to be said photographer; he wasn't too pleased at my sending them without consent. However, he relented when I was able to show that I had tried to contact him, on old email addresses and mobile numbers. He has now agreed to draw up a list of the file names of images I can distribute.

Not sure why he's so protective of the images, they're over five years old and semi-professional at best in terms of quality. From what he's said so far, it seems to be his worry about legal repercussions if the model herself should become aware of us sharing her images (I am unable to get a response from her on the subject). As soon as I know what's happening and which images I can share, I will send them along.

By the way, thanks for bearing with me re. delays in replying to messages. I posted a brief update on BGAFD but used my first language, which is not widely spoken in the UK. I have to get help from friends when writing here, or elsewhere, in English.

BGAFD - Please note the part about English NOT being my first language (it's actually my third, believe it or not). As I say in the post, I am currently editing the images in question, in readiness for mailing them to those who've emailed me from here and other forums.

To all those who've emailed me via this site, I would promise that they'll get the images - and would also say that, as long as they don't mind the accompanying text being in a different language, I can do it as soon as the above negotiations are complete and I have finished editing the images.
