On the surface it sounds crazy but then I never believe anything I read in papers or see on the news because someone with an agenda has put their spin on it

I hold the same opinions about people who seriously injure themselves while intoxicated.

Yes their health bills should be paid(as they come due) by Public Liability Insurance but not in lump sum payouts running into the millions which detrimentally effect the community at large

Australias record stands at 30million dollars for an Actor who was drunk as a skunk and drove into a parked car and became a vegetable

Why would they give him a payout for life instead of just paying for his bills as they come due?

Due to cases like this many businesses,professionals & community organisations have dissolved due to insurance premiums increasing by a minimum of 100 percent and in some cases 500-1000 percent

Politicians to the rescue?-legislate you idiots...its what we elect you for
