Last I heard the fourth series was being filmed in the Dominacan Republic, doubling for Cuba. Castro wouldn't let them in after seeing the references to brothels in the script. Or so the BBC publicity machine allege.
Sadly, I think Spall probably outdid Nail on the star bit, since he's recently been rubbing shoulders with Tom Cruise.
Moxey is a comic genius!

I read out of all the cast, Christopher Fairbanks is the richest as he took a role in the 1st Batman film as one of The Jokers henchmen, and instead of a fee, took a % of takings. It made fucking millions and he was seriously loaded as a result. My personal favourite in the series as well

As I recall, he got chucked off a roof by the caped crusader early on. Also showed up as the scientist looking after Milla whatsherface in The Fifth Element. Pat Roach (aka Bomber) has been killed off by Indiana Jones on at least two and probably three occasions.

I don't know if this has been mentioned already, but does anyone remeber an 80's channel 4 show called "Prospects" set in the Isle of dogs? it stared the late Gary Olsen, that was excellent, they could bring that back
