It seems that a model gets paid for a shoot and after signing the model release those pictures can be used as many times as they want and in any format and from what I see is that a glamour model will get paid the basic fee of say 50 pounds an hour for doing figure work and no way near 5000 pounds!
If a lady does G/G or B/G she still isn?t going to get a job as a model on a shampoo avert both would be seen as taboo. If a woman was that kind of lady she whom would realistically get such work she would be resisted with a fashion model agency such as Storm models. Most girls registered with glamour model agencies know that they don?t fit in to this category through trying to register with such agencies as Storm and getting rejected because of elements such as height etc.
