Titanic, Four Weddings and a Funeral and Full Monty are contenders because of all the hype surrounding these *gems*
Films that haven't stood the test of time with crap effects that probably were good in their day include 2001 Space Oddysey, Jaws, Total Recall and any 70's disaster movie.
But the ALL-TIME shite film I ever had the misfortune to see was Michael Jackson in Captain Eo (3D) at Epcot Centre, Florida in the 80's. Truely abysmal
