Wheels of Steel must have been a big hit...didn't even make their greatist hits-16 songs that I picked up for a Pound

all those NWOBHM (New Wave Of British Heavy Metal) bands...most were shit, but I did see some okay-ish ones like Gillan and Tygers of Pan Tang. I remember all the record companies cashing in re-issueing Sabbath/Purple/Free singles on the coat tails of the metal revival so the *new* generation of fans could 'appreciate' it

Must admit Saxon sound like a poor mans Whitesnake(I remember how much you liked them)

They're music sounds like it would be better Live

Another of the plethora of metal/rock bands that tried to resurrect the genre in the Eighties with little success

I'll grant you those ballads are good and make their 1st ballad(waiting for a girl like you) sound poxy but don't hold a candle to their Rock IMHO
