Naming & Shaming is nothing new but is best delivered by the law if it has the balls to follow some of the Southern US States where the offenders stand in public with a placard around their necks detailing their crimes

I know someone who tried a naming & shaming tactic and found themselves facing a law suit from the little shits family.Just be very careful of what you say & how you say it.The law suit never went ahead but the danger of one is always there

Theres always the possibility that if someone does take the law into their owns hands after learning from you of their petty crime you'll be dragged into it for inciting violence
