I think others fit that particular role better than the Ossifer. Some folks do lurk hereabouts and try to start rows, then keep them going. For all his faults, that was not Dibbsy's agenda.

I acknowledge that part of me: my inner Nazi. The one that screams for unspeakable things to happen to those who commit atrocities and hurts kiddies. I think as long as we know it's there, we can keep it under control.
But yeah, there were times when Dibbs was saying stuff and my inner Nazi was nodding away in agreement.
