In that episode she first appeared wearing a tight fitting jumper with her nipples sticking through the material. They weren't really her nipples, it was a done by sticking small plasticine balls to her real nipples to achieve the effect.

first bit of nudity I remember relates to my 'first crush' answer and that was Gina Bellman in Blackeye, fuck me she was just perfect with great tits (check out her quick flash of pussy in Married/Unmarried).

Jenny Agutter! one of my alltime favourites.
