I thought we'd klled the sweeie nostalgia!!
Don't get me harping on about tuck shop, Kwenchy Kups, Mojos, Lee's Macaroons and Benson's crisps!!
If you are going on a date with a woman about you age, it always generates good conversation, talking about sweets of the past.
If you get lucky, you could literally claim you sweet-talked her into bed!!

Do you remember penny chews? And those gob-stoppers that were made of rice paper that burst in your mouth?

I thinking of those sort of papery gob-stoppers that were oval shaped, and when you put them in your mouth they exploded with a lemony fizz.

They had a fizzy lemon or strawberry filling inside them, so that when you put the oval shaped papery gob-stopper in your mouth it'd fizz up and pop as your gob juices made contact with it.
