I was thinking along the lines of the mile-high club, except in this case it would be around 3 miles high for 5K; so, I thought he may have been boasting that he done it in the toilets of the Space Shuttle with a foxy Russian Cosmonaut called 'Knickerson Anoffski'.....................

..........or that he imposed himself enthusiastically on a female participant in the bushes trackside on a 5K Fun Run; where he understood 'Fun', but not 'Run' in this case (except 'run' coming into play when the police arrived).

But, the you realise............ it's Trumpty!!
