A friend of mine had a kidney removed 2 months ago
All down to binge drinking so the doctor said
he had no symptoms until his brother was diagnosed with a similar complaint and so the entire family got checked out
Then the astonishing revelation....your kidneys can be down to 10 percent capacity before you'll receive any symptoms...food for thought

Its high time the Govt stepped in an made the tobacco industry remove all of the 4000 chemical additives used to make cigarettes more palatable
While their at it get the bastards to make SMOKELESS cigarettes
Surely the best outcome for all concerned would be achieved by these 2 seemingly simple steps?

You know something, fuck everyone who`s coming out with this shite "stop smoking for your family". You`ll never stop or stay stopped unless you`re doing it for yourself. I`ve stopped eight months and its not bothered me. Never needed patches, gum or any help because I wanted to stop wholeheartedly, not because I was pressured. One night I just got sick of having no money and in a shitload of debt but I could find ?10 a day to smoke. I never went crazy or uptight or short of temper.
Still say fuck the government for the ban though, when the pubs are full with two non smokers and everyone else is drinking at home. One of the reasons I`ll be voting tory

Wise man,I had the same experience in grade 5
The major additive being chocolate
Shame these childrens cigarettes didn't filter through to adulthood
I'd be an addict for life

I gave up about 13 years ago didnt find it that hard but I didnt smoke anymore than 20 a day.
what I did find was that while I may have saved money by not buying the smokes I just spent it on other things,so didnt save sod all!
