Zooter ditched Shelley L? Now, there's some juicy gossip to get our teeth into it.

Oh bloody hell........no one want to take sides?

Ok, I'm on Jo's side, and in conceding the argument to Tom, she wins and proves her point.

If a recognised truth is on one side of an argument, then the one arguing the false position is only doing so from ignorance or deceit. An argument is only real if both parties are debating something that cannot be proved either way. In this instance the better arguer always wins as the lesser arguer cannot provide, or reveal, a truth to win.

The argument that better arguers always win -from Jo- cannot be proven 100%, but by conceding, she's reinforcing her original assumption that the better arguer always wins. Tom's win is false as her side of the argument was predicted, backing up her original point....so really she won.

There, anyone disagree?
