Bolllocks to this i pay ?20 a month to download what i want, until i got a knock on the door with a warrant for my arrest i will carry on. Classic Government Bullshit tactics, do they really think they are gonna stop this, shit all you got to do is put the files in rar or zip and rename them. Also Labour better be aware but by the last count around 6 million people download illegally so think about how many of them are labour voters.

Whatever works. Call me old-fashioned but I do have a bit of a soft spot for the idea of people being paid for the work that they do. And if I owned a website providing digital entertainment then I'd expect my government to protect my rights as a trader, not just leave it to me to fight my corner and, as with the many, defend my internet corner shop.
Habitual illegal downloading is selfish, greedy and infantile. We live in a rich society. Where's the necessity to steal? On top of which, my books are cheap on Amazon, my music's cheap on iTunes, my movies are cheap with my Cineworld and Lovefilm subscriptions, my TV's cheap with the license fee and Freeview. And if I want some porn I can subscribe to a big site with lots of choice, download a good chunk of content and cancel it before my month's up.
Very happy to see these pathetic little fuckers whipped long and hard.

I'd be guessing their would be some sort of black list of sites loaded at the ISP level and anytime you access them BANG...warning
Why wouldn't you just block the sites at the ISP level and add more so no
one can access them
Will be interesting to see how many just disconnect from the net
Targetting uploaders & the makers of the filesharing software has failed
Now their going after the soft targets, the downloaders
Thing is how do you tell the difference between stolen & marketing content?
Plenty of dubious sites around that are up n running seemingly untouchable

Lol.....nope, but it's pretty obvious. Certain sources have been trying to shut down youtube for over 3 years now.
Capitalism usually means they'd rather make money out of it, than closing it down.

Re: Illegal downloaders face internet ban
Its logical when you think about it
As jimslip said awhile back...thoise that frequent free illegal sites aren't the types who would join a pay site anyway
so why wouldn't you leave it up
80% of something is better than a 100 % of nothing
I'd love to know who's behind pornbb.org
