The 'Budget' - translated
Re: The 'Budget' - translated
Please tell me which point I am missing, I simply commented on Dave (if I may call him that) Cameron's reply to Darling's budget speech & to the well reported crass comment made by that smarmy cnut Ed Bollocks.
I did not say that I agreed with DC, I made no comment on the level of taxation or the reasons for the inexorable rise in personal taxation so I fail to see, from my post, what point I am missing.
I will say that I hate the Tories with a passion but NuLabour are catching up very quickly indeed.
geoff (b217bravo)

Once again, the hardworking man gets shafted by a so called 'working class' party !thumbsdown!
Yes,our New Labour cronies betray us yet again with fuel increases and hikes in all of our other pleasures.
Do they really think that putting up alcohol by a country mile is going to curb binge drinking, and most worryingly underage drinking?.ok,maybe binge drinking, whatever one means by binge drinking. !whistle!
As for underage drinking, this will only lead to more shoplifting, and with the inept security i've experiened at Tesco and Sainsburys, believe me,i'm certainly not holding my breath on it being a success !laugh!.
Overall,i found the budget very boring and i wish that Mr Darling would speak English.Wait a minute,i forgot,he's a fucking sweaty,so no chance there.
Yep,a working class party doing wonders for us yet again. This is'nt the Labour Party i voted for back in 1992,when the late and great John Smith was at the helm.He will be turning in his grave.

Oh Dear!
If you think this lot are in any way, shape or form, some kind of an antidote to the 'evils' of 'Thatcherism' you are either utterly deluded or one of Them (the 'People of the Lie'). No-one using the term 'morally bankrupt' can seriously be defending the most sleazy and blatantly corrupt goernment there has ever been - once upon a time at least at least a politician being forced out of office would go through the motions of expressing 'regret' and 'shame', nowadays they don't even bother doing that!

They're locking them up today, they're throwing away the key...I wonder who it be tomorrow, you or me?

"There will be a capital fund of ?12.5m to encourage more women entrepreneurs."
So how the fuck does anyone get hold of this 'fund money'. Which is a loan of course ?
My wife has a quite amazing business idea that will genuinely make someone (not us coz we ain't got a bean to finance it) a lot of money. But we don't particularly want to just borrow off of these bloated, rich, fat cunts who will rob us blind with their rates and/or taxes.

18 years of them may take 50 to repair.

Re: The 'Budget' - translated
How can they 'repair' the alleged 18 years of social crimes by adapting and twisting the said policies of that government of 18 years to their own ends?
I appreciate that as a 'believer' the truth may be hard to stomach but if you think this lot are a socialist antidote to the conservatism you so despise then you are in a serious state of denial. What we have is an endorsement of the worst of 'hit'n'run' Thatcherism, with the 'take us as your find us we are Tories' replaced by a seriously dishonest thin veil of alledged socialism. And where Thatcher and the majority of Tory ministers were upfront about their beliefs, their heritage, this country and what they stand for, this lot (like their esteemed leader of many years) are just in it for themselves. Some of them would belong to any political party so long as it was in power, the rest traded in the misplaced socialist ideals of their callow youth with greedy careerism of the worst kind.
The labelling of any critic of this government a Thatcherite Tory is a tired viewpoint - but at least if we all were so we'd stand for something greater than feathering our own nests!

A trite excuse for a failed, corrupt "NuLabour" government.
In any case: didn't the Blairy Bunch ride to power in 1997 on the back of the slogan "Things Can Only Get Better"?
... except that despite 11 years of spin, lies, failed social engineering, institutionalised political correctness and the many sleights-of-hand and creative accounting by the Son of a Preacherman and now Darling Alistair, they haven't got better at all.

The PC brigade, and those who pontificate to us about "political correctness", only use it at certain times and on certain occasions.
The arbiters and custodians of PC should apply it equally and fairly to all situations and scenarios - but they palpably do not!

Re: Chelsea tractors
The big losers are going to be farmers who actually need 4x4s to do their work, rather than to take the three kiddiewinks 300 yards down the main road on the school run.
Anyone, and I mean anyone, who owns one of these beasts and doesn't legitimately need it for off road driving is a complete posing arsehole. My opinion---the only one I'm qualified to give.
