I never said they were solely to blame,
Just checked EVERY post about this subject. You've not mentioned anybody else as liable.
however the decisions are taken based in a large part on the persons rights
No they're not. The decisions are based on whether they're suitable to be released. It's a purely medical decision. If released they aren't granted extra rights that your average man doesn't have. The 'namby pamby brigade' just decide on EVERYONE'S rights and it's upto the medical examiners to decide which patients are able to use their rights safely and responsibly. If the medical examiners get it wrong, they are solely to blame. No namby pambies, no pink unicorns or fairies....just a mistake by a medical examiner.
Sorry.

what annoys me is that there should never have been a wedding this month... i mean if england had qualified for the euros... so during this time as i watch the great festival of football going on in europe, i watch with envy and a little bit of shame that our own pre madonna s couldnt get us into this tournament .i would have liked to have seen all the england players keep a low profile during this month... out of respect... for ME !!!!

As I said I am completely baffled by her celeb status however when you wrote:
"I remember reading an article where the journalist said the reason Colleen had forgiven Wayne for bonking someone else on two occasions was because to leave him would mean she would revert to her old life"
I was saying that as wives of serial rapists still stick with their husbands it may well be that as she has been with Rooney since 16 she may well just have stuck with him out of love.
I am going to have to stick with my original comment about jealousy because I do feel its her being a celeb and the trappings that come with it that makes the post.
Should she be a celeb? NO, I am baffled that she is, but if she has the status what she does with her money is for her to decide.
The fact that the media follow her and let us all know what she is up to (like the six flights to New York) depresses me and I never will understand why anyone would give a toss to be honest but her getting on with things that she can should not be curtailed if its what she wants to do.
If that comes across as rubbing it in your face I don't think its her fault, its more down to a media who thinks this type of bollocks entertains and the sad people who buy the mags etc feeding their motives.

Courtesy of the 1986 film Manhunter:
Jack Crawford: You feel sorry for him.
Will Graham: As a child, my heart bleeds for him. Someone took a little boy and turned him into a monster. But as an adult... as an adult, he's irredeemable. He butchers whole families to fulfill some sick fantasy. As an adult, I think someone should blow the sick fuck out of his socks.
This soft, liberal approach to dangerous criminals myth has been perpetuated for decades. The original Dirty Harry movie concocted some unbelievable excuse to let a dangerous serial killer out of jail just so Clint could go and blow him away.
If the prisoner's rights come first, why don't they let Neilsen and Sutcliffe out? They've been in prison for over 25 years. Why not Brady? He's been locked up over 40 years. Surely some bleeding heart liberal would want innocent Ian out on the streets.
Mistakes are made, but not due to some poorly defined belief that little serial killer has learned his lesson and won't do it again or he'll be moved to the naughty step. I believe that life should mean life for murder, but those laws were formulated by lawyers and judges. If someone serves the majority of their sentence and are released early for good behaviour, then go on to kill someone else, that's the fault of the laws we have on the books.
I thought I had made it clear that both the authorities and the 'he loves his ma/wouldn't hurt a fly brigade', are both responsible
Where did you make it clear (last post aside)?
It is clear the rights of society are ignored while the rights of the mentally unbalanced are of paramount importance,
Where is it clear? Show me.
Common sense used to dictate that people who have a fixation on sharp objects and fantasies about chopping people up and eating their brains used to be locked up for life to protect the public, now they are evaluated in a setting where their actions can be controlled via medication and a lack of opportunity for a while before being deemed as no risk or low risk due to these factors and not wanting to impede their rights,
Evaluated eh? What madness! To think that some people actually get better! Are you saying that if a professional psychiatrist assesses a patient and concludes he's no danger to himself or the public, that they should keep him locked up forever 'just in case'? Seriously?

I think what happened with this Coleen bimbo is the media chose to make her famous, just like they've done with Peter Crouch's girlfriend Abi Clanncy. This Coleen girl shows little humulity though and walks around like she is Grace Kelly or Princess Diana. I suppose I would dislike people like this less if they didn't have such an ego and a 'look at me arent I great' sort of manner to them.
It is probably not only the media who regards her as a 'top selling author'. I imagine she tells people that about herself too. I am certain that if she was interviewed about the books that someone else writes, that she puts her name on the covers of, she would talk about 'the writing process' and how it was 'a lot of work' when the whole thing is a fucking lie as she didn't write a single word of it! This is exaclty the same as when The Spice Girls talk about how they 'write songs'.

She's a gold digger, make no mistake, BUT she does come across as a decent gal compared to some of those HORRID WAGS you see. I think she's got her feet under the table with Shrek and will give him a licensce to roam and stray as long as she's not embarrassed by it, ala Cheryl and Cashley Cole.
Overall, a pleasant enough scouse gal who thanks her lucky stars every day she's still not working at Top Shop
