For mine trouble with the small % of thugs in fans clothing is never too far from the surface.I have a mate that left England in a hurry because of his exploits as a West Ham fan.Married man with 2 kids decent trade occupation but get him in the group of guys & drinking and he was/is as likely to go off like firecracker with no warning...scary stuff when you see it first hand

Seems to me keeping certain teams fanbases apart before and after matches would be the wise move.Control their movements and your halfway there to keeping the peace.

Inside the grounds...machine gun carrying soldiers on the side lines rather than ineffective stewards seems to work

as most of u guys know am a big nottingham forest fan and i take my son to many matches ,but i refuse to take him tomorrow when we take on derby because of this dicks who have 2 pints of stella and think they can take on the world what a sad world we live in when i cant even take my son to football xxxx
