Have you been drinking? Is it not you who's blaming centralised government for local council policies? In short, you're advocating tighter control from Westminster. Now, is that not more leftist than the current situation (Labour not interfering in local Conservative council decisions)?
I may or may not have communist beliefs. You, however, seem communist with a big 'C'.
