You may be right! Your problem is this, most producers both here and in the USA are stuck in a time warp, around circa 1985. That is to say they believe a "Stud" should ideally look like a bad guy from a crap Miami Vice episode and possess the acting skills of a lump of pizza dough!

I couldn't make the recent one due to issues at work but can sympathise with Graham's comments.

I have done a number of shoots in the past, always turn up clean & tidy and usually have a great time performing.

Despite that, I've never been overworked but might also be because I don't want to be the next Jayce or Keni and realise it's tough to make a living in this industry.

For people try to have a full time career, I think like acting in general, luck as well as talent affects how much work you will get. You might be able to perform but do you fit the role of the shoot?

I've been to shoots where the main talent had to be replaced by an amateur as he couldn't perform but month after month he got work because he had the look / image and they could fake some of the scenes.

I'm still getting the occasional shoot - have one later today - but given the volume of men who try to get into porn and how things have changed from the days of bukkake shoots with Faye & Sandie (etc), it's a lot tougher to get work these days.
