Delirium , my little tirade wasnt levelled at you personally just the comment you made. I assumed it was to draw sympathy for the poor bloke caught file sharing.

I guess I was a bit passionate about it because I have heard this argument lots of times already with various people over drinks in bars etc and it just amazes me how they all accuse the multi million pound producing movie companies of greed, as if they shouldnt be upset that their stuff is being given away for free.

I was responding to that portion of the argument. Now you ve made yourself clear. I'm cool.

We gonna be like two little Fonzies. Now whats the Fonz like?

For us this is sticky subject as years ago before the net when we were skint (we are still skint lol!) we used every main pirate in the UK to get our films out to the public, it seems crazy now but at the time we put our phone number & details on the films & got the fall back in sales from customers buying one initial film from the pirates. Now its come back to smack us in the face when we look on bit torrent sites & see 20+ of our films for download. We do contact the sites support staff & usually they are removed straight away but we learned many years ago that goverment officers dont give a toss about adult movies as we are the shit on their shoes so to speak, our situation (producers as a whole) will only get worse whilst they improve other aspects of the media industry. In our case pirates made us & will most likely break us, perhaps we should be all become pirates ourselves (only joking). If these law firms are offering to get compensation for producers on a percentage basis there should be no reason why they wouldn't take on a adult industry case.
