thanks for the message, but I have managed to get it taken off 2 tube sites so far with a simple polite email, in fact both owners have been very nice and even offered to have a banner with the movie with a link to my site. I politely declined for now and they have taken the movies down.

I guess it depends how you ask in these cases and whether there in a good mood or not. lol

I wonder if the big companies are actually bothered about there content being on tube sites as maybe they do generate business from it as maybe the punters then go and seek out the actual site, I guess we shall never know what the likes of Vivid, or such think unless they post on here and let us know.

You will find this an on going thing so unless he is affecting earnings think of it as advertising. We have filmed 2 couples in the last month that got our number off of pirate DVD's they bought at a boot sale so good things do come out of this a lot of the time.
Another example there was a phoney ad with my in a couple of mags with a rip off mobile number so i contacted the mag involved, because printing had already been done they couldn't do anything about that but i got free adverts in all his 11 mags as a sorry & because it was a popular ad Adrian the owner gives us free advertising now.
No publicity is bad publicity..i only have to put my face on an ad now & people know who i am & its not because of mainstream porn as a woman of my age don't fit in that sector its because of loyal customers, John's advertising & helpful pirates.

I have a letter from an American company and it says that a group of industry leaders have hired an attorney who is targeting the tube sites.

Maybe it's time we British producers got our act together and formed an Association, then instead of acting as individuals fighting these tube sites, we could affiliate ourselves with the American group and help in the fight against these sites.
