A agree, clips4sale is to big now far to many stores you find you get the odd sale when you add new clips if yout lucky as you go on there home page for all of about 5 minutes now due to the amount of store and people uploading.

Thanks for that. I had a look at clipz4sale and I have decided against it I think. I am uploading some stuff to Adultwork and see how that goes.

I guess you must be turning over a reasonable amount in order to keep them all updated regularly?

Better to sell clips first make a lil cash from that to put towards having your own site later. Clips4sale is good place to start.

I use adultwork for clips and movies and I also web cam on there.
The trick with movies to make decent money on each clip is the following, we have tried and tested it and it does work.

RGB is correct almost, each clip has to be downloaded twice per day before you make money on it, so we find uploading around 6/7pm works best as people are getting home from work and will log on to have some wank material. Thursday/Fridays also are a good day to upload (not sure why).

Another tip dont have anymore than 4 movies maximum on your profile at any one time, because someone will watch your movie and then may go and watch another, now if you have 20 movies on your profile they may watch one, then the next person who buys your new movie, may go watch a different one, so you see each movie may have been watched once each and you wont get a penny. But if you only have 4 movies on there, the likelihood is you will get more than 2 views per movie which means your gonna earn money.

Good movie lengths we find are 5 minutes and dont overprice either, we find 2 credits or 2.5 depending on what the clip is about. Make sure the file size isnt enormous or you wont be able to set a decent price. (the price is determined by the size, if its a huge file they will set the price for you and it will be too high) Try and use WMV rather than quicktime as this can cause some problems too.

Other trick is upload piccies if your sat at your pc upload one every 20 mins, this keeps your profile on the front page more often. Also change some text in your actual profile, this bumps you up aswell. I just add a ! or a . here and there so it looks like its been updated and bumps you up the listings.
