smoke on the water!the intro still sounds good today,i have a worn copy of machine head still but would never sell it,and did you know jon pertwees who is the doctor was on their label purple records wat a contrast,didnt rate supertramp much they were ok but.

As far as Im concerned, these slags were full of egotists who had it all and blew it. Mk 2 were best, but Coverdale pisses on Gillan and Hughes pisses on Glover. Blackmore is the moodiest bastard I have ever met, especially as I called him a dinosaur who wears a wig. (DeMontford Hall, Leics with Rainbow 1981)

great live i have the tape somewhere and wen fool for your lovin was released in the summer of 80 it was 1 of my faves,also all night long,rainbow great track.

saw him on the muppets in the 70s i didnt know which was which evrey one on local radio says hes lovely but i dont know its like cliff richard hes too good to be true.

chris had a great single out wen i was 19?motorbikin minor hit.[wasnt chris with the vibrators for a while too?]
