well.... it started as my aol names incorporating droog into it JBrDroog27 etc but i combined it with Idle Hands and got IdleDroog til that went wrong and became IdolDroog....ironic considering my recently mentioned stance on idolatry.
as for it being 1971 and me being 1983 well...i was a big fan of ACO and other banned/horror stuff back about 4/5 yearfs ago around the time i got the internet and it was partly the book partly the film that the name came from. i became a bit of a selfconfessed "expert" on the film, knew everything and collected for a bit too... as for kubrick being a sell out well theres debates over the reason for it but dont forget that it was supposedly because of threats to his family that he withdrew it rather than MORE copycat crimes - at least 2 had already taken place
and yeh i think its more burgress to give credit to. anyway woodgnome what might he say about my name

!
i guess just for a moment turning into a total cheesy cliche lil bastard but i think like many i secretly can relate to alex, that whole thing minus the rape just seems to be the best way of dealing with life in britain - a side smirk as i kick the shit out of u and live in anarchy.
q)why must i forever drone on....

Nor will they, so long as they think the right man has been caught. But it makes you wonder how many other phone calls are tapped.
