I'd be useless in the emergency services as I can't stand the sight of blood and guts.
The only time I've ever been in hospital was after I badly cut my hand at work - I promptly fainted and came round in an ambulance 30 mins later with my local GP standing above me. Turned out I'd fractured my skull albeit it wasn't serious. The weird thing was that it didn't really hurt although gunk was dribbling out of my ear for days afterwards.

Dave! I,m not a Londoner as you probably know, so scuse my ignorance, but what is a red plate, is that a private cab or a black cab? and which are the best ones to use, as we are having our London outing soon......

I didn't insult stevec, I merely questioned his boast from a previous thread and made light of the fact he drove a cab, so don't get snotty.
