Sounds like loaded gun waiting to go off
I used to walk to work down one street that had 4 dogs(bull terrier,3 rotties) that were literally out of control(somedays placid,other days they go for the ankles) and nothing their owners ever did stopped it
Has to just be in the breed
If they've been bred to fight goodluck
